Meet Barry Campbell
Vice President of Human Resources
Barry Campbell is Vice President of Human Resources at Inova Payroll, where he oversees all aspects of human resources, including recruitment and retention, employee benefits administration, employee relations, training and development, and executive coaching.
Barry brings a wealth of experience in HR leadership, having held management roles across multiple industries such as payroll and human capital management outsourcing, healthcare, marketing, and manufacturing. His strategic approach to human capital has supported both organizational growth and employee engagement across diverse business environments.
A graduate of both Middle Tennessee State University and Trevecca Nazarene University, Barry is committed to fostering workplace cultures that support innovation, accountability, and long-term success.
